Option 1
Tuition is 11,000 a year plus registration. Parents attend 5 out of 10 parent meetings and volunteer 20 hours a year. Tuition is $1100 monthly. Parent not on auto-draft must pay a fee of $1200 monthly
Option 2
Tuition is $10,000 a year plus registration. Parents attend 7 out of 10 parent meetings, have a $500 fund-raising fee for one child, $750 fund-raising fee for more than one child, and volunteer 40 hours a school year. Tuition is $1000 monthly. Parents not on auto-draft must pay a fee of $1100 monthly. If you have not attended at least 3 parent meeting by the end of December or fundraised half of your fundraising fees by Dec. 17, you will automatically be moved up to Option One.
Option 3
Tuition is paid in full by August 1, 2023. The family receives a 10% discount. If your discount is based on Option One, it is $9,900. If your discount is based on Option Two, it is $8,550. Parents must also pay registration. Option 2 parents must also attend 7 out of 10 parent meetings, volunteer 40 hours a school year and have a $500 fundraising fee, $750 fund-raising fee for more than one child. If you have not attended at least 3 parent meeting by the end of December or fundraised half of your fundraising fees by Dec. 15, you will automatically be moved up to Option One.
Option 4
Tuition is paid for the first semester by, August 1, 2023. This family receives a 5% discount and pays $5,225 for Option One per semester plus the applicable registration fee. The second semester’s payment of $5,225 for Option One parents is due by December 15, 2023. Parents attend 5 out of 10 parent meetings and volunteer 20 hours a year. If you have not attended at least 3 parent meeting by the end of December or fundraised half of your fundraising fees by Dec. 17, you will automatically be moved up to Option One.
Scholarships
There are scholarships provided at Kilombo Academic and Cultural Institute. Those interested in applying for scholarships must submit a financial profile including a statement of need, pay stubs, and/or tax statements. Kilombo’s Viongozi (leadership team) will review profiles and respond based on scholarship availability. Most scholarships are approved before July 1 of each upcoming school year.
